2. Returns
a. All returns must be sent back within 10 days of the invoice date.
An email will have to be sent by the customer to Jonze.co@outlook.com.au
for Jonze clothing to send you (the customer) the return shipping address.
b. Customers will be responsible for all freight costs unless the garment(s) received was damaged or supplied incorrectly.
c. All returns must be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
d. Goods returned must be in the original condition as sent, folded and in the garment bag or they will not be accepted for credit.
f. Goods on sale will not be accepted for returns unless faulty.

 

 

3. Delivery
All delivery times vary but we will always do our best to deliver the goods on time.

No goods will be delivered unless we receive payment with your order. We accept Visa, Master Card.

Please ensure you read the warnings and care label on product Jonze cannot accept responsibility for damages if the warning and care labels instructions were not followed.
